You havent mention if you change your drive belt which can cause slippage from poor contact around the pump pulley when it get's hot causing the belt bottoming out the pulley v-groove. Check also the if the rod bracket is loose, the piston rod locknut is loose, or its bolt is bent. lastly, bleed the power steering pump. good luck!

yes i already changed belt 3 months ago, not sure about the rod bracket and piston lock nut though i will have it check, already bleed it but is it possible that my power steering box is the problem?

try to overhaul your power steering gear box... is it rack and pinion type or gear box type?? possible that you have worn out seals inside causing the pressure to drop when the power steering is hot resulting to power assist loss..
