2018 Subaru XV PMS

I need help in what to replace/to have checked in my 2018 Subaru XV at 110745 Km mileage. Here are some facts to consider:

1. Oct/Nov 2021 PMS (45.5K Km mileage)
- CVTF change (Amsoil)
- Front/Rear gear oil change (Amsoil)
- Throttle body cleaning
- Brake fluid change (Prestone)
- Regular change oil (engine oil and filter)

2. 2023 PMS (62K Km mileage)
- air filter change
- K&N cabin filter cleaning
- Regular change oil (engine oil and filter)
- Coolant change

3. Jan 15, 2025 PMS (95179 Km mileage)
- Small/Big bushings replacement
- Brake pad replacement
- Tire rotation and balancing
- K&N cabin filter cleaning
- Regular change oil (engine oil and filter)

So this round of PMS, what do I need to be changing? Here's what I have so far:
- Regular change oil (engine oil and filter)
- Replacement of horn as it is no longer function properly
- Replacement of wipers
- Replacement of rubber door moulding weather strips
- Tire aligntment
- CVTF change? -> manual says every 45K Km severe driving conditions
- Engine coolant change? -> manual says after 220K Km for 1st replacement and every 120K Km afterwards
- Brake fluid change? -> manual says every 15K Km in high humidity areas
- Spark plugs change? -> manual says every 105K Km
- Gear oil change? -> manual says every 60K Km but more frequently if severe driving conditions
- Fuel filter change? -> manual says every 90K Km
- Air filter change? -> manual says every 45K Km

Wipers siguro kung rainy season na. Lulutong lang sa summer.
Weather strips kung may crack or leaks na.

Those are non-negotiables. Sira na sila lahat, haha. Pero makes sense nga na baka lumutong lang yung bago during summer.

As for weather strips, where do you source those from?
