Subaru XV 2012 automatic transmission probelms....

I have a friend whose Subaru XV 2012 with automatic trans. is having major problems on Valve Springs and Transmission. Her vehicle has been CASA maintained and has only around 28k odo. For the parts and services, casa is asking more than P 200,000 for the repairs.

Now, upon research para syang meron recall sa ibang bansa.

Would Subaru Philippines also consider the recall?

Where can I get more info regarding the recall, especially the official statement of Subaru on the said recall
