    Sir eh hindi ko din alam. October 2012 po siya na-overhaul. After so many years of running on water alone. After the overhaul, we put in the correct coolant mix. One of my pals says that the coolant might have dislodged the sediments and rust that have built up over the years and a lot of it ended up in the radiator. I hope this is the end of it. Keeping my fingers crossed.

    Wala na kami makuha sir. Lahat ata lumipat na sa rad. hehe.

    Still, I'm praying that this is the last of this overheating $hit so we can finally tear out the interior and start hauling patients.

    Di na po kami nag dagdag. Ok pa daw po. Yung reason daw bakit ayaw mag engage ay dahil wala nan water flow dun sa radiator tapat ng clutch fan kaya po wala na siyang init na mapick up.

    sir gopacks, magpalit ka muna ng nozzle ng injector mo o kung meron pa rin ay palitan na rin ng hydraulic valve lifter. noong nag pa top overhaul ka last 2011 ay nagpalit ka ba ng head bolts mo? kung hindi pa ay yan na ang resulta ng pressure mo sa reservoir mo ngayon. magpalit ka ng head bolts habang hindi pa grabe ang overheat ng makina mo.ty
    Thanks sa reply sir hapigolake, Oo nga sir hindi ko napalitan yung headbolts nya.. tapos may napasin pa akong leaks sa gilid ng injector dun sa parang ring na kinalalagyan ng injector.. mga sirs mga magkano kaya yang hydraulic valve lifter ngaun?

    Good PM mga sirs, just finished having the van fixed. Change belt, water pump, filters, glowplug and oil. ALthough 1 click andar na siya now, ang problem is ayaw naman mag shut off ang engine so i had to put it to first gear at pakawalan ang clutch para patayin ang makina. Ano kaya mga sirs ang problema nito mga sirs. And another thing na i noticed is after some time na umaandar ang van, biglang umaandar ang glowplug light.

    Grabe Sir Doc baradong barado pala ang radiator niyo.... yung case ko naman po malinis talaga at hindi nag babara ang radiator ko nung bumalik ako sa 2 rows at nag adjust ng thermal spring sa fan clutch saka lang naging maayos ang cooling system ng engine ko...
