Guys,

This morning I went to MCR in Banawe to have my MB100 checked. I got this shop from the previous threads here and from recommendations of some tsikoteers.

I was able to meet Rudy the owner and he is very accomodating. Francis, the mechanic, drove test and checked my unit around and finally gave me the bad news. There is a lot of white smoke coming out of the oil and dipstick channels. There is also a lot of oil leaking around the valve cover and actually, from all over! He recommended that I should have it overhauled while it is still early and not wait for the other parts to give in or else I'll be spending a huge amount of money for repairs.

I am planning to have it fixed by next week. Mang Rudy gave me an estimate of roughly P39-45K for the repair. Any experiences with this shop or would you recommend any other shops?
