    Do you take vitamin or food supplement? as in everyday?

    What is your vitamin?

    Ok ba ang Circulan? Ung sinasabing "nasa dugo lang yan". Maganda ba epekto?

    i take centrum everyday. lagi ko naririnig yang circulan na yan sa DZMM. ewan ko kung totoo pinagsasabi.

    i take revicon once in a while. mura lang unlike Enervon plus it doesn't contain so much vitamin C.

    i read somewhere that our body can only take in around 80mg of vitamin C at a time. so the 500mg dosage of vitamin C is an overkill and it'll just go down with your piss.

    but i used to take stress tabs..un maganda tulog at gising ko...at hindi ako mabilis mapagod...
