ako sa formal dinner s adorm last march, grabe morning before the ball nagtext ung date ko na he can't make it coz his mom is in d hospital, tapos when i tried to call him, kinacancel nya calls, duh! halata namang he's lying! Nabaliw ako kakahanap ng date that dAY, pati si otep hinahanapan na din ako. at 5pm that day pumayag at last ung classmate kong model, ang gwapo tuloy ng date ko.hehehe

Checking out your BALLS !!! What is self-testicular examination?

Self-testicular examination is checking your own testicles for any signs of cancer.

Why is self-testicular examination so important for teenage boys to learn how to do?

It is very important for teen boys to learn how to perform and to do STE because cancer of the testicles is one of the most common types of cancer found in young men ages 15-34. If this type of cancer is found early enough ( as a small lump, rather than spread around the body), there is a better chance of curing the cancer.

How often are you supposed to do a self-testicular examination?

It's important to do a STE once a month. If you are seeing your doctor once a year for a physical he or she will most likely do an examination of your testicles, but this may not be frequent enough. It's important for you to perform a STE monthly so that you can become familiar with what your testicles normally feel like so if there are anything unusual findings you will recognize them soon and be able to call your doctor right away.

How do you do a self-testicular examination?

It's best to check yourself after you have taken a warm shower or bath. This is because the skin around your scrotum (sac) will be relaxed.
Take a look at your scrotum and notice the size and shape.
Feel the weight of your scrotum.
Roll each testicle gently between the thumb and fingers of both hands. The testicles should be firm and smooth.
Next you want to locate the epididymis. This is a rope-like, comma shaped, cord at the top and back of each testicle. It is important to know what this feels like because it is a normal part of your body.
Check each testicle for any lumps. Lumps may be large or pea size and may be under the skin, in front or along side each of the testicles.
Call your doctor if you notice anything unusual for you.
What else do I need to know about STE?

Even if your not ***ually active it's important to do STE.
Not all lumps are cancer. Let your doctor tell you if you need to have a further work-up.
Don't let fear keep you away from the doctor, if you detect something. That's the point of the STE to detect something while it's small enough so that you can treat it and have a normal healthy life.
If you have any questions about STE -ASK!!!!!! Don't keep them to yourself!

in Highschool Prom : i dated the most hottest chik in the campus...she's my X-GF (yabang ko ano) super higpit ang magulang whew,turned out very well naman...

in College Senior Night : i dAted one of the hottest chik in our batch (Ms. BS.Nursing) GF ko rin, ( he!he!he! yabang pa rin ano?) kaso di na namin tinapos yung ball, kc alam nyo na... we have to spend some time under the moonlight....( one of the happiest moment of my life)

Frat Ball in Baguio Convention Center >>> i dated a fren, whew, but it turned out so bad, a girl from a certain Soro wasted and high w/ drugs grabbed my date's long hair and dragged her to the ground 2 meters away from me (kinursunada)... i was definitely shocked... and it turned out to be a huge fight... definitely nakabawi yung date ko coz shes an officer sa isang Soro so pinagtulungan tuloy yung poor girl , ang bilis ng pangyayari... so i ended up comforting her... so moonlighting/star gazing na lang ang nangyari buong magdamag...away from the crowd...( though its also turned out well)

from what i understand mas gwapo yun classmate mo, infact sabi mo he's a model, and I also assumed na ikaw ang nag asked for a date sa classmate mong model, bakit hinde na lang from the start yun na lang classmate mo and niyaya mong maging date instead na yun nag indyan saiyo???
