Swimming Lesson for kids

Hi Tsikoteers,

Gusto ko sana enroll yung 5 yr old son ko ng swimming lesson. I know the timing is a bit off kasi it isn't summer yet.

Anyway, tumingin ako sa bert lozada swimming school pero wala silang available programs for kids as of the moment. May mga iba silang location na may ganun pero sa mga private residences (where the pools are located) lang available yung program.

So naisip ko na lang maghanap ng mga freelance na instructors. Ang kaso nde ko alam kung meron bang mga pwedeng pagkatiwalaan dito sa Manila na ganyan.

May mai rerecommend ba kayo?

i had my kid study swimming kay lozada. kala ko hindi matututo yung bata dahil hindi athletic. pero natuto. now, he is into competitive swimming.

lahat ba ng lozada eh hindi nagooffer ng swimming lessons during these times? because i strongly recommend them. kita ko yung basic nila, tey are really gentle to kids and sinasamahan pa nila ng kid psychology kaya nawawala yung takot nung bata sa tubig, and at the same time, it boosts their self-confidence.

As for the Lozada's, yes they are very good and I agree with Vladi, it really boost the self-confidence of the child.

Another shot would be contacting PASA (Philippine Amateur Swimming Association) and asked them if they have such program running at this time or if they can refer you to one.
