Wow matagal kana pala sir naka lowcarb
siguro ito na ang aking lifestyle di na babalik sa dati kasi ang laki ng pinag bago ng katawan ko I mean improvement ng health ko
ako naman dati
75kg pero nakuha ko sa diet cycling pero andyn pa mga maintenance koso na discover ko itong lowcarb diet bagsak agad timbang ko 65kg to 55kg tama naman sa height ko at edad hehehe.

it don't really matter what that diet is, as long as it is sensible.
advantage of having a diet program, is that it causes the person to think about what he eats.
in other words, he is disciplined into judicious eating.
whatever it is, it will work in the long run, if it is incorporated into his activities of daily living.
bottomline,
dieting is eating sensibly.

snacking in between meal ang nagpapabigat sa timbang natin, isipin mu minimum 5 beses sa isang araw tayu kumakain. almusal, meryenda sa umaga, tanghalian, meryenda sa hapon, dinner, may supper pa before matulog.
