Guys,
Before ako magka-trangkaso, dumadaan muna ako sa stage na may uncomfort feeling sa lalamunan. Hindi nmn sya makati pero alam nmo na parang dry sa loob at gusto mo laging mag "ehem-ehem".
Since wala pa akong fever, I dunno know kung pwede na akong uminom ng paracetamol.
Ano ba ang tawag sa ganitong case ? At pano ba kayo nagdi deal ng ganito.
Btw,I still plan to go to a clinic today para magpa check up.

Syempre going to a clinic is the best way,but if you want to ease up lang the uncomfortable feeling, can take paracetamol na din, then plenty of liquid juices (orange fruits, pineapple, water) at least gagaang gaang pakiramdam you.Try you bioflu.

Paracetamol is an antipyretic/analgesic. If you have no fever or mild pain, it won't have any effect.
"trangkaso" is viral in nature. Most of the time, it will resolve within a few days. All you need is supportive therapy. Increased fluid intake, adequate oxygenation, etc.
Be careful when taking Bioflu or any other products containing Phenylpropanolamine. As early as November 2000, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued a public health advisory concerning phenylpropanolamine hydrochloride usage and its increased risk of hemorrhagic stroke (bleeding into the brain or into tissue surrounding the brain), primarily in women, although men may also be at risk. Although the risk of hemorrhagic stroke is very low, the FDA recommended that consumers not use any products that contain phenylpropanolamine.
It is interesting to note that no such information can be seen in the prescribing information leaflets of some products here containing phenylpropanolamine.

On December 22, 2005 the FDA issued a notice of proposed rulemaking (notice) for over-the-counter (OTC) nasal decongestant and weight control products containing phenylpropanolamine preparations. This proposed rule reclassifies phenylpropanolamine as nonmonograph (Category II) not generally recognized as safe and effective.
