Where is Manila City Dog Pound?[updated]

We were surprised this morning that our askal suddenly disappeared. Our house help discovered this morning as she was about unlock the gate that our askal wasnt inside our garage. We were thinking that somebody went out last night and didnt close the gate properly. We looked around but we didnt see our loving askal. We even went around our barangay to check if our dog was strolling around but we all failed.

We love our askal, his name is Fudge. He is color brown and very malambing. My brother left it to us because he went to Canada. He is coming home this year and he is very excited to see his dog.

Am planning to go to the Manila City dog pound, he might be there. Where is it and how do I get there?

manila city pound is somewhere near North Cemetery. sorry, i don't know the address and can't give you directions. you have three (3) days to claim your dog (if its there) before they euthanize it. good luck!

just an update

I went there this morning.

I rode the LRT going to Blum then rode the jeep to Pin pin. traffic pala dun sobra tapos palengke pala yun. Ngayon lang ako nagawi dun eh.

Wala yung dog namin dun. I pity those dogs there, kakaawa mga itsura. May mga iba dun malapit na rin magpaalam and sobrang galisin. Cages are labeled "Monday", "Tuesday" and so on. Kung nahuli dog mo ng monday, nasa monday cage sila. I will try sa makati dog pound naman, baka kasi nandun, boarder na kasi kami ng makati eh.

The people there in the dog pound are attentive. Tama, after 3 days na walang nagkeclaim, dinadala sila sa UP at dun daw euthanasia. Pinagaaralan daw yung mga dogs dun sa UP Veterinarian Med.

Hanggan ngayon, naiisip ko pa rin yung mga dogs na nandun and naawa talaga ako and siyempre naawa din ako sa dog namin na nawawala.

di daw nakita ng mga neighbors namin yung dog. Nagpunta na kami sa market na malapit sa house namin and dun sa medyo slum area sa likod nung market, di namin talaga makita. Yun lang fear namin baka kinatay na siya.
