For generations, women have been advised that wearing a bra would keep breasts from sagging, prevent back pain and improve posture.

Wrong, wrong and wrong, according to a study conducted by Jean-Denis Rouillon, a sports medicine specialist from the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire in Besancon, France.

"Medically, physiologically, anatomically — breasts gain no benefit from being denied gravity," Rouillon said, as quoted on TheLocal.fr. "On the contrary, they get saggier with a bra."

....We even had nicknames for some of them. (double technical, Treasure Chest, rainbow bright, etc.)

We had one...pangalan niya ay Alice .... so ang nickname niya was Alice Kamatis (coined from a local character mascot) or minsan AK-47 (47 inches ang sukat ng bust line). Another one we nicknamed "All stood still" (from the new wave song ng devo or was it B-52s) kasi pag dumaan siya sa harap mo, mapapatigil ka talaga just to observe her boobs.

Di masyado pero sa section nila pag english class (sa chinese class ko lang siya classmate), eh medyo popular siya dahil dyan. Misan kabiruan ko siya pero di kami masyado close. Laking bulas din kasing babae eh. Nasa 5'+ something na ata height niya nung high school kami.

Kahapon, last dive for the day. May kasama ako isang group ng mga first time divers, going out on a familiarization dive in open water. There's this "well equipped" lady sitting on the back of the boat. She looked uncomfortable, so I asked her if her BCD was too tight, to which she replied that it was a bit snug. I helped her loosen it a notch. I was thinking of this thread when I was "assisting" her.
