    Burn fat? No.
Lose weight? Yes, because you lose the water....sweat.
Dietary supplements? Don't know, you have to be more specific.

as previous post said, you're only losing water that you'd regain upon drinking.

on a related note, that's why the sauna belt doesn't work either.

lose fat? diet and cardio are the way to go.

though theoretically there are some creams applied on the tummy area that could lessen fatty deposits with and infra red heat therapy, however this notion is still debatable, the heat acts as the carrier of the chemical to burn the fat away

Hindi kayang tunawin nyan ang taba, tubig lang… fat can only be burned through exercise and tremendous muscle use. jogging and proper diet (low fat, no salt, low carb and no sweet lang) payat ka agad.

Saunas are good too but it should be coupled with regular cardio programs and a serious low-rice, low-salt, & low-fat diet. Just don't go into a sauna if you have a heart problem.

I lost 30 pounds in 4 months doing light home workouts 5X a week, 7k runs during weekends and a constant diet of half-cup of rice for breakfast and lunch and little or no-dinners.
