i like the light blue one as well as the red one. yung timplado na. tapos tira ng isang litro.
pero i really don't take it too much. gatorade contains lots of sodium that you only need when you are only perspiring too much because of heat (good for heatstroke), too much activity (while exercising) and kung dehydrated na (pag nag-Lbm).
if you do take this a lot outside of the above factors, kidneys mo naman ang tatamaan.
Orange sa akin. I buy those in 1.5liter containers. Tapos lipat ko sa isang compressible container (around 500mL) na nilalagay ko sa hydration pack ko para laging malamig. Ito ang dinadala ko tuwing mag-biking kami.
food coloring lang yan mga pre. FD&C blue, orange, yellow etc. mga delikeydes na dyes yan. just do a google search hehehe
wala akong preference but I normally go for the yellow or orange.
mas ok pa yung mga lumalabas lately na mga electrolyte drinks w/ vitamins pa yata yung iba na no colors, better pa yun, no organic dyes.
