May nagbebenta ba dito taga Tsikot?

San ba madami other than GNC and Healthy Options? I used to buy sa Greenhills, but it'll take A LOT of convincing for me to drive near that area hehe.

Ano ba hinahanap mo? Sa Park Square 1 meron 2. Isa napakamahal. Pero yung sa malamit sa entrance, ok naman yung price. Meron din sa Tutuban.

GNC and Healthy Options are both over-priced. When buying supplements, suggestions ko lang na sa store ka na bumili at hindi sa individual. Daming fake diyan. Bigyan mo ko ng alcohol at pantatak, bilhin ko lahat ng expired supplements overseas pagtapos palitan ko lang yung expiration date.

Uy! Optimum Nutrition na rin ako, but I hated the strawberry flavor! It tastes like children's flu medicine.

Meron Gym sa Tutuban, nasa ground floor, forgot the name. Meron sila Champion Nutrition Pure Whey 5 lbs (Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry) for P2,500.

Kung gusto mo high end protein. Sa ground floor ng Park Square I meron health store, forgot the name, Designer Whey 5 lbs P3,100.

Alam mo, laki talagang tumaga ang mga ito. Sa US $25 (P1,400) lang ang mga 5 lbs bucket.

I'm taking those supplements as well. Pero AST ang mga brand na binili ko. Kapag hindi huminto ang pag evak-evak ko dahil sa Whey protein, mag switch ako sa ON 100%. Pero suggested nila sakin is to take it with water lang and not with Milk para iwas evak-evak. :hihihi: Nasa loading phase din ako ng creatine. December 11, 2004 dapat may ekep na to.

guys, sukatin nyo mga body parts nyo prior to taking this supplements. Nagsukat na ko, tignan ko kung may epek nga talaga.
