Isang tao = upper management from abroad na nag propose sa HQ na i outsource na kami. Pag nakikita ko siyang dumaan sa harap ko I'm cursing in my head. Lahat naturally galit sa kanya.

Kahit gaano ka kups ang pinoy, I don't think he would propose outsourcing kasi damay siya. Buong department including the heads/VPs were wiped out. Kawawa mga may pamilya at bread winner.

Ang dami ng natanggal na perks samin. Sobrang bare minimum na lang. Mura lang kasi sweldo sa india. We were told na ang manager salary samin equivalent to AVP na there. Of course di sila aamin na cost cutting dahilan.

Your friends were managed out. Totally different in our case because our whole department was outsourced to India so from Staff up to VPs (including site head) high performer and non performer, lahat tanggal.

Ang perks samin buong company kung magtanggal hindi siya individual basis kaya feeling namin it won't be for long and our company will exit PH. Unti unti lang kami dino downsize

Something woke me up at 3 AM. I would guess a train in the distance tooting its horn. So, I spent the last hour browsing Newegg.com for some coveted PC parts.

I toyed with the idea of doing a brisk walk outside. It's not too bad at 41F (5C) with clear skies. But, the big animals (coyotes, mountain lions, javelinas, Mexican jaguars?) may still be roaming around.

Washed the car, spray-waxed it too, including the wheels and glass. Applied some tire shine.....Looking sharp.....until the next rain.

That Meguiar's spray wax for black paint really makes that Toyota blue streak metallic look like a darker tinted/smoked blue. Love it.
