I agree that what we see on the screen may not be the reality. But my fare this morning was rather cheap. Maybe I was just lucky, but I didn't feel the panic that Uber is trying to project.

I'm glad I did not listen to my Kuya when he told me to sell my coding car and just take uber during coding days.

If you can afford it, I'm glad I have a tiny condo near CBD, it has saved me 4 hours every day.

Because of Uber I have managed to ride almost every single 4-door car offered in the Philippine Market, Chinese and Indian brands included. This has influenced me to buy an SUV instead for out of town trips.
