Sino naman po nagsabi nun? Aftermarket HID kits available today are simple to install and, in most cases, hassle-free. Proof of their durability are the 24 to 27 months Warranty that comes with every purchase.

All the new D-Max variants that have been fitted with projector headlamps are designed to be equipped with aftermarket HID kits. Period.

For units still under warranty, the only thing that will should be voided are the headlight bulbs only.

Ilang araw lang daw at di na gagana? Sino niloloko nila? There is absolutely nothing in the wiring system that will restrict power for the HID kit.

Go ahead sir and install an HID kit ang ganda ng cut-off at beam focus ng projector lamps ng D-Max.

Recommended Kelvins are 6000k for Low and 3000k for the fog lamps.

High beam depends on what you fancy. Pwede rin same sa low mo para hindi naman multi-color ang labas.

On my 2006 D-max I have Xenon Worx (27 months warranty) but not for projector type meaning ang high and low one bulb lang, so far almost 2 years na no problems.

For your projectors I think nasa 6.5 to 7k pesos ang low, same price for the high but it could be priced lower by this time.

Ok rin ang brands na LXSun and LuxPro, same length sa warranty din. LuxPro mga 5k pesos for either low or high. Budget friendly yet same quality in my opinion.

Ang alam ko yung mga bluish colors start from (kelvin) 8000k to 14000k.

    HTH.

They are all different bulb sizes. There isnt any better or worse, it just depends on which size your car has. h4 has both high and low beam built into one.

    H7 and H1.etc have only 1 beam.

I'm not sure what type the 2010 D-max has so check your manual.

I'm trying out LuxPro (Made in China) currently on my safari and almost a year into it so far no problems.

Interestingly, I learned from another thread that higher wattage HIDs like the 55w and above have shorter lifespans than lower wattage ones like the 35w bulbs.

    Welcome po to Tsikot.com forums

I believe that the most durable are the ones sold by Thule. Try to check out their website.

Curiously sir, do you plan to install one on your rooftop? I saw something like this before but I'm not sure that it is by Thule:

    Pretty neat huh?

g6pm - Welcome po to Tsikot forums Check nyo muna sa manual kung ano ang mga lubricants na papalitan like kasama ba ang sa front/rear, transfer case (4x4 variants).

Usually those are the ones that take a chunk of the budget.

    HTH.
