Actually if mabilis yung connection mo than advertised, DON'T RESTART THE ROUTER until you absolutely need to.

Baka misconfiguration in your favor kasi yung speed boost and next time it re-negotiates the link back to normal na ulit.

Yun po yung gusto ko ma-test.. Baka niloloko lang nila ako, one-time boost lang then kung magka power outage or accident mawala connection balik na sa dati.. (trust issue pala [emoji23])

Next time, masubukan naman PLDT.. may review kasi dito na sa gabi parang di consistent.. Night shift pa naman ako, need ko stable na internet..
Mga colleagues ko nagkaka issue sa Converge, may mga tools kami na kahit mabilis pa speed nila di nila ma-load ng maayos.. Sa Globe, wala ako problem.. May mga 1 time issue nga lang per year.. [emoji28]

Same tayo ng plan. 150Mbps din ang advertised speed pero pumapalo ako sa 170-180 every speed test. Nakailang restart na rin ako ng router pero ganun pa rin yung speed.

Ahhhh nice, ok pala kung ganun naayos na nila ang issue ko.. Balik na tiwala ko.. [emoji16]

I heard starlink is cheaper in PH than other country, sa Kansas daw $599 yung hardware, $120 yung monthly, pero iba location sa US $90. Which makes PH cheaper. Kaya siguro may location lock. According to GA pag lumabas ka sa area mo na naka register hindi na gagana. You have to pay extra para magamit mo sa ibang lugar. Although I assume di mo pa rin gagana sa labas ng PH.

Our streamtech internet has no connection since Sunday. I hate their new automated calling support. It auto disconnect you after few minutes saying "we're busy please email of fb message us". They have a bot sa viber. The viber bot request worked and a tech visited us the next day. Nung hindi nakita trouble sa loob ng bahay titingnan daw sa box yata nila yun at babalik. Pero hindi bumalik.

I tried the fb messenger to follow up and iba customer support number dun, luckily instead of auto disconnect naging ring na. And I was able to talk to someone. The tech who visited us didn't leave a note or status bakit di na bumalik.

I feel like pina iikot lang ako ng Villar group na to. We already have pldt and globe for Internet and we only have streamtech as backup. Pero kung ganito sila ka unprofessional I might terminate this na lang.

Never get a streamtech if you have other choice.

Looks like PLDT increased speeds to slightly one-up Converge. Plan 2099 now getting around 600Mbps.

Ang bilis ng PLDT. Nagcheck ako ng sakin (Globe plan 1699) ang layo sa speed mo. Pero sa website ng Globe at home, up to 200Mbps na ang advertised speed. Sana naman....
