I heard they've come up with a new product ... an automatic VIPER remote-controlled gate opener! It's pretty cheap too at 35K -- biro mo, safe ka na sa gate convenient pa kung malayo sa gate ang bahay niyo! And at 35K, methinks it's a bargain!
