What's the solution if the wifi doesn't reach certain areas in your house (too far from the router)

Either add more wifi routers (if you have old ones like me, you can use those), but will have to layout extra LAN cables. Or upgrade to mesh-type routers (easiest but more expensive).

Just buy a pair of mesh nodes on Shofee/Lazatha:

Yup. You may have to have some computer skills though (there is the internet for that). Anyway, thats how I would do it as I have several old wifi routers from 2004.

What is the manufacturer and model po?

If its a wired ADSL wifi-modem-router then it should work as an AP. Just set it as a bridge mode the connect a straight LAN-to-LAN cable then you have an instant access point(SSID & creds same with what's on the sticker under the modem)

simplest would be controlling the password. You can also do MAC filtering (input to the router only those with MAC addresses that you will allow to connect).

As Yatta mentioned, the simplest method is by enabling password. MAC filtering is another option but you will need to get each device's MAC address to be included.
