RUNDLL error in C drive paano tanggalin?

help naman mga gurus... paano nga ba alisin ito? company desktop ang gamit ko na di pwedeng maglagay na kahit anong program. Trend Micro Office Scan lang ang antivirus by default. gumagana pa naman pag close ko yung error prompt.

thanks bro sa link... kaso ayaw tanggapin ng PC ko and ended calling our help desk. ok na sya after almost one hour on the phone. meron pala yung remote desktop sharing itong PC ko.
