Ayaw lumabas caller ID (landline)

I just bought a new phone for our home. GE sya na base phone na may kasamang isang cordless phone. When I first connected it to the phone line, lumabas naman yung caller ID. But this morning, wala ng caller ID na lumalabas. Check ko yung caller ID unit na galing PLDT, lumalabas naman yung caller ID. Bakit kaya?

Ayos na. Lumabas na yung caller ID. I restored the settings to factory default. Di ko nga alam kung ano yung nagalaw ko sa settings, wala naman option to turn off the caller ID feature.

Yes, naka subscribe kami sa caller ID.

Does anyone know where I could buy the separate caller ID unit? Ours isn't working anymore and the PLDT business office near our house have no stocks available. I already went to ACE, True value and hanydman in Makati and they have none available as well. I don't want to spend on a new unit with a built in caller ID coz not every unit is compatible with PLDT ( I got a panasonic phone with built in ID and it won't work)

As far as I know, the adjunct caller id is available only from PLDT. Have not seen one from any of the local stores.

Our caller id nasira din, dinala lang namin sa PLDT pinalitan ng bago FREE, even yung phone nagreport lang kami sira merong dumating na line man pinalitan din FREE.

Yung sakin P300 ++ tapos out of stock pa daw. Nung una nga sa head office pa ko pinapapunta eh layo nun sa bahay ko. I follow up ko daw kung kailan magkakaron. GRRrrRRR PLDT!!!!
