Buying one for my folks. Other things to consider is that, I'll be subscribing them to Cignal (the package with 9 HD channels), as well as play SD, 720p and 1080p materials from my server. No need for a speaker system for now. I'll take care of that later.... I just want to talk about the TV.
Budget ceiling is 45k. Any help will be very much appreciated.

wala na yang 37" LCD Series 5.. out of stock na.. 30T last price nyan.

June 3rd, 2011 10:05 PM #4Got out and bought the Samsung 40D550 for under 35k. Hooked up the WD TV Live and they immediately started watching 2012 in HD.
Parents are happy. My job is done.
