I don't think TV tuners are processor dependent. I recommend Leadtek TV tuners. best bang for the buck. Compatibility issues are most of the time software compatibility.

I personally use Leadtek Winfast USB II Deluxe.

Leadtek is one of the better brands available locally.

Though, pwede ka naman bumili and then pag di nag-work, i think you have 7 days to exchange the item, unless nasira mo.

Punta ka sa SM North Cyberzone. Maraming TV Tuners dun. Just be sure to directly talk to the manager/owner.

Liz, if you're using Windows Vista, be sure the TV Tuner your are buying is Vista Compatible.

This is a good idea as i was thinking to buy a tv for my car.

Hows the reception?

Does anyone tried it(tv tuner) already sa laptop? And how's the reception if the unit is moving? I mean like watching it in the car na umaandar ito.

    TIA.

Yup. Sa laptop nakakabit tv tuner ko. Cable gamit ko e so no prob sa reception. You'll notice a slight grainy video quality since ultra sharp ang LCD panel.
