Shopping for a full auto washing machine. Is an inverter type worth it?

Is LG good? Cheapest among the known brands.

The electricity savings of an inverter washing machine are small compared to the price difference between an ordinary one. It's not like an aircon or ref that runs for hours on end.

Our current washing machine at home is an LG front-load with dryer, it has served us well for around 5 years now.

I bought a Panasonic topload though for my condo. Don't need the dryer since I don't like how lukot the clothes are when using the dryer. Also hassle that you have to bend down to get clothes. Nagpagawa pa kami platform na patungan ng washing machine just to have the front loading door at hip level.
