    saan mas mura bumili ng digicam, dito sa pilipinas o sa hong kong? my budget is 20k down, whats a nice digital camera now? thanks.

    meany112, as far as price goes sa HK kung DSLR. Kung P&S dito na lang. As for the nice camera, very broad question. If you're a serious hobbyist or would go into photography as a hobby, I'd recommend investing on a DSLR. However, this doesn't mean that P&S DSCs are not good enough for photography hobbyists. What is your "shooting style" preference? Are you just an everyday, casual photobug? Do you only take photos when you're on vacation, or if there are events?

    i bought my canon ixus at Broadway in hongkong... got it 20K plus... that time the selling price at phil is 28K. may free 2 256MB SD card pa..

    mas mura talaga ang digital camera dito sa HK....

    in fact mas mura pa dito sa HK ang digital camera compared to Singapore as I've checked few weeks back when I was there for some business meetings....

    ingat lang dahil maraming wiseguys sa HK...
    tip lang kapag bibilhin mo na ang unit inspect mo manual kung ano ang mga kasama sa unit...

    also check mo mabuti baka naman lemon ang camera...
