Actually its already illegal to use a celfone while driving. The law already exists. Its a matter of trying to implement existing rules & regulations.

diba matagal na yan??? I remember dati sa Makati area ang daming pinara dahil dahil dyan parang 500p yata ang penalty.. Well gaya ng dati sa umpisa lang sila magaling.. I kow some countries bawal talaga yan unless naka headset ka.

3. press it with your tongue through your cheek?

mahirap talaga magbakasakali to answer any phone calls while driving, kahit nakaheadset or bluetooth pa, it will still affect your concenration.
