Anyone knows this monitor from First Semiconductor?

Anyone here knows the products from First Semiconductor? Are they good buys? I came across the www.openpinoy website and I saw this Angel2100ws 20.1 inch lcd monitor from First Semiconductor. The specifications look at par with its competitors but it's only priced at a promo price of P8300 (originally P9900). I called their office and inquired about that monitor and the person whom I talked with told me that it's a Korean brand and the parts came from Samsung and LG so when it comes to quality and specifications, it's not lagging from the rest.
