    kahapon ng sinubukan kong tignan ang "contacts folder", may message na "folder is already in use" tapos biglang nag turn off ang phone. on ko uli pero habang nag re-reboot, tumigil at halos nag freeze doon sa part na may nakasulat na "NOKIA". hanggang ngayon ay hindi ko magamit ang phone. ano po ang solution? may warranty ako pero hindi daw applicable ang warranty nya dito sa USA dahil hindi daw nila binebenta ang N95 dito (Manila ko bunili ito). salamat!

    bro baka napasukan ng virus the best you can do is surf the web to find help kung di oobra ang warranty mo .

    O.T. ng binili ko celfone ko[N73 lang] senigurado kong international warranty ang binigay sa akin . Dami kong pinasukang shop bago nakakita ako ng mayroong intern'l wrnty.

    try this..

    remove the mmc, then turn on the phone.. pag nag-on, back-up mo yung contacts sa sim and other important data, then irestore mo yung settings by using the reset code.

    hindi pwede sir. the screen where it says "NOKIA" freezes, so i can't get to the normal screen to back up my data.

    bro, i read on the n95 forums that the n95 is the most returned phone due to software problems. i wished i would have known this info before i bought mine.

    i called nokia service center a while ago. they will cover the phone only if it's a US spec phone, which mine is not since it was purchased outside the USA. so basically i'm SOL!

    baka pwede ito hard reset from http://myn95.com/?p=14


    Press Call + 3 + * simultaneously during the bootup phase, forces the N95 to do a complete wipe of internal memory.
    This will reset the phone back to 100% standard factory configuration.
    Be warned: backup any important data before attempting this with your phone.
