Sending Failed (Globe Prepaid)

naranasan nyo ba 'to, kasi kanina nag text ako sa bayaw ko sa Saudi 12times cyang nag sending failed and then nag account balance ako thru 222, nag bawas cya ng 180 pesos, ibig bang sabihin non successful lahat ang messages ko I mean nag sent lahat?

I've known that issue with Globe service for a while, what I do is, I usually send messages one time only and wait for a little time before the resend. I didn't try to complain though, in your case you might want to.

Need a hurry kasi kaya basta nag failed send uli, Ibig bang sabihin kapag nag sending failed traffic, maraming gumagamit...



Saan ako pwedeng mag complain?

mahirap yan, same thing happened to me sa smart gprs naman, nothing got downloaded to my phone but i got charged over 200p anyway because i tried a couple of times, they escalated the issue, nothing happened, lost 200p, so i switched to globe and swore not to use gprs/mms and other services w/c they provide but dont work anyway the way they are supposed to.

may nabasa lang ako dati, may different messages tayong nakukuha, message sending failed and message not sent this time. One of them actually is a successful send except di lang masend ng network mo palabas pero they have it queued and isesend naman nila. di ko lang maalala which one is which.

old issue na ren yan pare.even sa MMS it happens.unfair lg talga satin na mga subscriber kasi nababawasan yung load natin ng doble o triple.

This used to happen a lot when sms was free.... sometimes it still does with my Globe Postpaid.
