    What's the best and fastest way to transfer my Windows 7 system to a new and bigger hard disk without reinstalling?

    you will need a mirroring or disk copying software like the old Norton's Ghost but more updated to support the current size of HDDs.

    Connect both HDDs to a computer running the software. Note, some current softwares can boot up directly from a bootable CD (that you make). Others, require DOS to run.

    Ano po klase Windows 7? If it's home edition, isn't the OS key tied up only to one computer?

    if you are just replacing the hard disk with a bigger one then backup and restore will work. just create a system image and restore it to the new disk. just follow the steps in the link. it worked for me.

    Win 7 Home Premium retail version. Yung OEM version yata yung tied up to one PC only.

    win 7 oem? no problem. it won't trigger windows product activation typically.
