What is your ISP? PLDT MYDSL SUCKS!

I recently subscribed to PLDT my Dsl, its sucks, laging disconnected, request timed out ang ping. Di rin ma ka browse sa ibang sites. I tried calling their customer service pero wala, they even disconnect their phonelines.

Has anyone experienced being with plt mydsl? They really suck. Very lousy service, since they had this P999 promo nag down na sila. I guess di nila expect na ganun karami mag subscribe sa kanila kaya di kinaya ng structure nila.

Can anyone recommend a better one, I am a internet marketer working from home and this is really a problem for me.

pareho tayo ng case, im an internet marketer too and working from home... im using pldt dsl, minsan paputol putol minsan ok naman, worst experience ko is 21 days straight na walang connection, followed by 28 days na walang connection nung nagkaroon ng bagyong reming....

pero wala akong choice, smart bro sucks too, wala naman globe or bayantel samin, kaysa magdialup ako, tyaga na lang dito...

anyway, ano ba ma raket mo as internet marketer, maybe we can chat sometime, xdanzx ang yahoo id ko, just add me

dati naka smart wifi ako. lagi din nawawala napuputol nawawalan ng service tapos na contract ko. im on globe 3g with hsdpa. fastest connection ko is 1.4 mbps. kaya lang ang problema pag mejo panget ang weather e bumabagal to 512 kbps pero bihira naman. maganda din kase pwede mobile. just my 2 cents

hi Fukengruven88 nice handle hehehe, i have 2 cybercafes, both subscribed sa PLDT dsl for 4 years na, paloko loko nga minsan mabilis minsan mabagal, balak ko na mag downgrade ng plan kase parang mabilis pa yung bagong plans eh pero mas mura! pay ako monthly ng 4,800 dunno kung ano speed nun. sana maayos nila!

Kasama ka rin sa "smart sucks" club dati? Hehehe... I hate that service, too. Thank goodness Meridian has recovered from the SMART takeover... service seems fine again... but it's pricey... don't remember exactly, but it's somewhere under 20,000 a month... but that's per building (maybe 50 or so PCs before it starts slowing down too much... less if everyone's downloading ****.)

Our home DSL is greendot (PT&T), but it sucks hideously. I still can't access tsikot from that service.

san may maipasang batas sa mga kalokohang ito, laki na binabayadan natin, hirap kitain nun pero hindi naman full bigay nila na service! buti pa tubig kahit papano pay mo lang magamit mo!

sir san area kayo? ako dito sa sta.ana manila area. Nag apply ako sa smart robinson ermita. the following day kinabit na Smart BRo. nagulat nga ako sa bilis kasi I'm expecting na after 3 days daw ang installation.

ok nman myDSL ko.. plan 1995 kinuha namin.. lagpas 2 yrs na kaming nakasubscribed sa kanila.. minsan nadDC pero mga ilang minuto lng bumabalik kagad.. hindi ko naexperience ung matagal na walang connection.. mabilis naman.. 400-450kbps

ang pinoproblema ko lng dito.. lugi kami sa bayad.. hindi kami na-upgrade-an.. 1.2Mbps or 1.5Mbps na ang plan 1995 eh pero nasa 512Kbps pa rin ako.. pang plan 999 na speed yan eh.. ninanakawan kami ng 1k buwan buwan amf

sir libre ba ung data card nila? plano ko kasi subukan kung ok nga tong globe 3g with hspda.. saka magkano po terminating fee?

araw araw akong tumatawag sa PLDT DSL para i-report ng paulit ulit itong mga DC ko. kahit pare pareho ang sagot, tatawag at tatawag pa rin ako araw araw, pakulitan nalang kami.

hindi ko tuloy mai-terminate itong smartbro ko. mas reliable pa nga ang smartbro dito sa area ko, pero nababagalan lang talaga ako.

Well mine is Smart Bro, the first few months was great until one of their servers had a problem where I was routed. I kept calling their stupid tech support for information but to no avail...they don't even know if the servers are down if you ask them! I even requested a field technician 6 times to have my antenna and internet settings checked. Even though the field tech has made it up and running again the connection becomes intermittent. After giving much thought, I decided not to disconnect my service.

I requested a field tech again to reroute my connection from a newly installed closer server. My connection was fine since then. The only thing left that I was not happy about is that they don't even initiate to offer any rebates for their lousy services!

Yeah PLDT DSL sucks sometimes. The other day I can't access some of the sites like tsikot and google but I can access yahoo and yahoo mail though on mail I get "cannot find server", but atleast I get to send the email to my brother. I can't help but think what Raul said to Catherine.

i swear it was driving me nuts... buti na lang 1 yr lang contract (d ko na inabot gumanda man yun service nila).... trade off ko lang is double the price ako ngayon with my current provider... pero almost triple the speed plus mobility... i guess its good.. i still have yun reciever ng smart wifi ko... grabe ambagal talaga ng service nila it took them 1 month to give my reciever tapos ngayon asakin pa rin ang reciever more than 8 mos na!

yup! free yun data card ko. meron na rin yata sila ngayon na pwede sa desktop via usb na yata ang connection. meron na din sila pang mac. you might want to ask your pinakamalapit na globe center coz when i went to tagaytay globe thay told me 2.5g lang ang tagaytay. but i still went on and applied for the thing(i didnt want to go back to my smart wifi thing ). tapos ayun it connects sa 3g network ang saya and its really quick!! i think termination fee is 10k? 3g w/ hsdpa is aka globe visibility. minsan kase pati yun rep sa globe nalilito pag sinabi mo 3g w/ hsdpa lang e.

im using smartbro since january last yr, although I would not say that my subscription is without its problems, luckily these problems are few and far between. Nevertheless, there is still a big room for improvement for smart.

Yeah it really sucks. PLDT now PLDC. Pero no choice ako, i think i have to stick with pldt for the reason na mas maraming problems sa ibang dsl. tsktsk. Sana they can fix it naman na para access lagi sa tsikot hehe di ba jedi?!
