N91 for P25K -- good deal??

hi,

a friend of a friend is selling his N91 for P25K, is this a good deal or shall i look at other phones instead? what would you suggest?

kasama sa Smart plan nya daw yung phone so me Smart warranty yun.

kaso Globe ang line ko. voided ba ang warranty pag pina-openline ko?

btw, i already have an ipod.

Yes, mavo-void ang warranty from the provider kung pa-open line mo. Nangyari na sa 'kin yun. I assume na bago yung unit i.e. yun yung free unit na kasama dun sa plan? Kung bagong unit yan, oks na sa 25k yan pero kung ako yan, tatawaran ko ng mga 22K.

yup... void ang warranty when you remove the simlock capability of the phone.

though if you have an ipod already... i'd rather go for a smaller & slimmer phone from Motorolla or Samsung.

yep, bago yung unit. last price na raw P25K e. di pa kasi gamit yung unit.

Actually, you cannot have that openlined since it's a late model Series60 Nokia. It's impossible, rather no one has the capability to do it at this time even to a mere 6630.

sa Motorola, V3X is very good around 17-18k lang.

Im using n70, pero you need to upgrade the card, the bundled one consumes a lot of power (1day lang drained na). When i upgraded to 1GB, naging 3days.

Samsung's designs are too girly so i dont like them.

May N93 na. mga 40k ata.

Pwede na openline and N91.
I currently use an N91 na openline, mabagal siya magtext before but after a firmware upgrade from nokia care, ok na siya. It has Wifi and 3G, bluetooth. Ok naman yung sound niya, a bit big though. Looks like a bigger nokia 8850.
Ok na yung price for 25K, but if you have it openline, and need to repair/upgrade it. Punta ka na lang sa nokia care instead of Smart. applicable naman yung warranty noon sa nokia care.
I am actualy selling my N91 openline na, same price of 25K. i have seen some used N91 selling for less than 25K pero usually hindi complete.

Ok ang N91 pag updated na yung firmware to the latest version (05-05-06 RM-43 v 1.10.030). Prior to the upgrade, 2x ko dinala yung fone sa service center for repairs. Very unstable ung fone, madaling mag-hang at na-co-corrupt yung music library. After the upgrade, oks na.

Nung nagbabrowse ako sa car finder meron akong nakita nasa 30k na N91..Good deal na yan kung kaya pangtawaran tawaran mo para lalong sulit basta kasama na lahat tulad ng charger.

why not consider a sony ericsson phone? the k800i is said to be the best cam phone in its class (3.2mp) with an mp3 player na kapareho ng w800i. upgrade the earphone and the memory and you're good to go. it also has a xenon flash for lowlight photos.

downside is the the weak video recording and expensive memory.

or wait till the P990 arrives in a couple of days (or months). great business phone imho (wifi, touchscreen, 3g, vga recording).

Pwede ka ring bumili ng K750i (around 11-12K sa VMall at GH) tapos i-upgrade mo yung firmware nya sa firmware ng W800. Para ka nang naka SE Walkman series.

feeling ko maraming bugs yung P990. tagal ng released ata yung phone na yan sa other regions eh.

palabas na yung P990 sa europe in a couple of weeks (probly mid august) and one post i read sa other forum is that meron na shipment sa india. the release date is close considering that this phone has been delayed for soo long.

like other phones newly released (nokia included), there will be bugs. but firmware of SE phones can be updated online so at least there's a measure of security there.

the k750i i think is also a good alternative and a 2gb ms pro duo costs around 3k.

My wife has one and is very happy with it. I find it a bit bulky and if you have fat fingers like me, it's a bit hard to text.

as usual iwan nanaman ang SE P series sa megapixel race ng cellphones. 2MP lol. but the buyers of the new P series wont mind im sure as MP is not their primary choice

at 25K for N91, you can have a brand new models K800i * 23K , N71 * 22K , N80 * 32K, N92 * 30K, N93 * 35K(c) Nokia are all orginal from finland.
