more than a month ago, when I bought a samsung lcd, I realized the backlight is faulty. returned it and waited for 3 weeks, but no stock was available, so I ask for refund in the fourth week. this time, I bought a samsung 2232gw lcd on another store, the night I brought it home, I realized it has dead pixel. waited for another week for a stock, then the manager says their supplier does not honor on dead pixel, only dead pixels more than 6.

is samsung this bad? and is it true suppliers will not recognize one dead pixel?
