Photocopy machines that have around 6000 to 10000 copies per month cycle life usually costs P60K to P80K before discounts.
Samsung has a 3 in 1 machine. Model 4200. I found a store in V-Mall Greenhills selling the unit for only P6500. Toner cartridges cost P3900 and good for around 3000 pages. Refill (at Save-Inks) costs around P1500 each refill. Rated for around 4000 to 10000 pages a month (depending which source you are refering to).
Check it out for yourself if it would fit your requirements.

ah ok just checked the link. how's the availability of the orig toner and refill toner, may ready supplier kaya sya lagi? kung sa V-Mall lang kasi available, baka grey market tapos pag tumagal mawalan ng support and supply
btw, where in V-mall po ito. I'll check it out ..

Laser is superior in quality, but it's still more expensive than riso per copy.
But if it's for office use and you're not printing runs of 500 or more identical copies, okay na yung laser or toner-based.

no idea of the availability of supplies. But the shop SAVE-INKS said they can refill the toner cartridges of the 4200.
Note: the Samsung 4200 is limited to copying A4 paper as its maximum size.
Note 2: the Samsung 4200 is a 3in1 machine and not a dedicated photocopier machine.
btw, where in V-mall po ito. I'll check it out ..Last edited by ghosthunter; August 4th, 2007 at 04:39 PM.

I kept ours because it's used for test papers.
Still looking for a good laser for short runs, kaya lang, wala pang budget.
