Soler, T. Alonzo , T . Mapua St. in binondo are where all the lighting, hardware, electrical, construction, maritime supplies. I suggest go to Soler 1st then later Alonzo & Mapua.
AFAIK lighting fixtures along Regina reinte are not competitive in pricing besides limited lang ang choices but you may try to check it as well.

Chandeliers that cost 120k sa Soler, cost only 35k plus more or less 7-10k sa shipping..

Prices are at least half compare to soler st. With shipping na din.. Tapos sa binondo mo din pickup yung item..

Kaso nga Lang most words are in chinese...

Pero alam kaya Nyo nang magawan ng paraan Yun..

When buying at taobao.. Also check customers reviews... And they usually will post a picture of the actual item they purchased...

I'll also buy L shaped sofa... Nakita Ko Sa sm north NASA 210k--
