What CellPhone Should I Get?

I have a budget of 9T Pesos...but I'm willing to extend to 10T pesos..nothing above that. What cell phone should i get? I just want one with a good camera, since I'll be using it mostly to take pictures to upload to my computer..and to do the basic texting.

I was looking into the Nokia 6020..and the Sumsung/Siemens/Sony Ericson (i forgot which of the 'S' manufacturers)..the K500i i think it is.

I'm not a cellphone freak, so, I'm not familiar with the models. What Cell phone do you think I should get and why? Thanks!

I'd just rather have an all in one phone..instead of carrying around a camera AND a cellphone. I do take lots of pictures though, maybe it could be useful for the 'goon squad Huli Ka!' pictures

if u take lots of pics i'd recommend buying a digicam instead. all those camera-phones suck (including those megapix camera-phones).

If I may add sir, taking lots of pics would mean a celfon with lots of memory....

a budget of 10T below would get you a celfon with camera/ video but limited memory...

you'll be able to get pics/ videos but you'll be at the mercy of your built in memory...

not so good pics/ not so long videos...

i would suggest a SE K-750i.... 2 mega-pixels, great pics/ videos...

its like having a sony digicam, almost all the features you have in the digicam are in the fone....

you can easily expand the memory by buying higher capacity memory sticks...

just my 2 cents worth..

agree with above posts. get an adequate camera na lang if you want to take lots of pix. most of the time, phones with cameras tend to take sucky pictures.

with your budget N6230 would be fine or probably a K700i

my wife gave me last month a brand new N6230, note, not 6230i. I think it cost her around 10500 pero meron ka pa makukuha between 9K - 10K.

okay naman, serves my basic mobile requirements.

I compared the N6230 & N6230i, pansin ko lang parang ang bagal ng N6230i.

considering your budget and needs, the best would be SE K700i.. below 10k yan.. VGA camera lang but ok din picture quality.. may flash pa.. mp3 player, fm radio, bluetooth at infrared with 41mb internal memory..

If you really want CamPhone.. I'll vote for K700i swak sa budget mo.. but as they said much better kung bibili ka nalang ng DigiCam picture quality pa..

go for phone that has a feature of 1.0+ mega pixels cam. i bet you could get it but a 2nd hand.

Thanks for the recommendations. I'll look into the K700i. I'm not looking for high quality pictures, i'm not a photographer, or artsy with photographs. I'm more of taking pictures when there's events (Inumans...PBA games...Get Togethers...gimicking..). As long as the quality of the cam is ok. I already have a sony megapixel cam, but, i don't carry it around since it's somewhat bulky. at least with a phonecam like i said before..it's all in one..and less of a hassle to be carrying 2-3 objects in my pants (u know how we guys hate that heheh).
