go to greenhills v-mall dami mura dun na Ipods may warranty pa sa apple just make sure you get an OR ha.

bili ka na lang ng Itrip or FM Transmitter if you want to play MP3s to your car para wireless. puwede din connect pero babaklasin mo car stereo mo, kasi madalas aux port nasa likod.

Depende kung saan ka bibili, official resellers o importers. Kahit mas mura, hindi ako kumukuha sa mga importers kasi pinapatay nila yung mga official resellers. International warranty kasi iyan, so kapag nasira kahit hindi ka kumuha sa isang reseller kailangang asikasuhin ka. Unfair naman diba? Hindi na nga sila kumita sa iyo hinassle mo pa.

AFAIK, 3 ang options mo pagdating sa iPod + car stereo: a. tape deck, b. FM transmitter o c. AUX. Hindi ko na gaanong alam yung mga pros and cons ng bawat isa, so hintay nalang tayo ng mga mas knowledgeable.

*swimstroke, FM transmitter may hissing sound pero if you'll turn up the volume mawawala. syempre pinaka-ok talaga yun aux port pero too much work. I'm not a mr. fixit kind of guy kaya ayaw ko ng mga wires sa tsikot.

best thing about FM Transmitter, para ka na din naka-wifi internet. kahit san mo i-play sa loob ng house, sa tsikot basta may Fm tuner stereo puwede na.

They only got $100 million dollars and they are trying to re-coup billions lost since last year... so they better work hard coz they cant take any vacations else they exit the whole sound/mp3/peripherals business...

And they just announced the Creative Vision:W and they have the best iPod killer in Creative Vision:M... they still make good products wala nga lang brand recognition...

It's copyright issues. I don't feel sorry for Apple at all. They've also taken many to court in the past with their own copyright issues.

even I dont feel sorry for apple. the best nga yan strategy nila eh weaken the competitor by paying them off.

anyway, we all know naman na even if Creative MP3 players had the Ipod design with them. hindi din naman sila bebenta ng husto.

the success of the design also relied on the Apple name in it.

hindi sya mura pero sulit kung gagamitin mo lagi. gamit ko lagi ilang oras sa audio, podcasts, at portable storage. kung casual use lang, maraming alternatives. sa tsikot, best yung direct connection such as aux, next cassette adapter (gamit ko), last yung transmitter (wala pa akong na try na acceptable). research mo rin yung car at audio mo baka may ibang pwede (i.e. hidden aux wiring, o mods).

may nabibili pa ba na brandnew ipod MINI sa mga shops? wla na ako makita nun.. medyo may pagka-old school ako kaya gusto ko ng ipod mini.. phase out na ba ito?

sa price naman sa dami ng ipods these days i'm sure makakakuha ng model that will suite your budget. kung ayos lang sa'yo ang used, try checking out techie forums.. ang daming nagbibitaw ng older models for new ones..

yes it can be connected to a car in various ways but it really depends on your head unit. basically check if your head unit has an Aux In and stay away from FM transmitters, kasi kahit na anong ganda ng signal its still limited by FM frequency.
