San po ang service center ng Hewlett Packard dito sa Metro Manila? Papaayos ko sana yung HP na desktop computer monitor ko. Thanks.

Eto yung building after the JAGUAR showroom (enzo building) sa buendia. Merun silang parking sa likod (for free) pero first come first serve and limited lang. Merun naman paid parking areas na malapit.

Direct line nila yata ay 867-6000 (if I recall it right)

Suggestion ko, pumunta ka ng maaga or immediately after lunch (before 1pm) kasi grabe ang pila ng nagpapaservice pagnapahuli ka ng bahagya. 8-5pm yata ang schedule nila.

I was there Jan 3 to have my laser printer (na out of warranty na) serviced.... about 23 persons was ahead of me from the time I entered and it took me an hour pa bago maservice nila.

Ang maganda dyan, hindi naman nila ire-repair yun immediately unless software malfunction lang or simpleng mechanical thingy.

Sa actual repair malamang ay iiwan mo rin yun (and about 3-5 working days to know what is the problem).

Mas matagal pa nga yung paghihintay ko kaysa sa actual usapan namin nung technician nila. Tapos ang tagal pang magprepare ng documents yung technician nila... haayyy nakakainip at nakaka-inis.

pwede po b pabuksan ko yung cpu ko under warranty pa po siya pakakabit ko lng yung bnli ko po na video card .. thanks po need reply agad HP din desktop ko .. san ko po siya dadalhin kung papakabit ko yung video ko n hindi mawawala yung warranty ..

yung monitor po nagwewave?parang sa tv yung yumayanig yung screen?

could be the LCD itself. happened to my laptop before, good thing it was still under warranty
