Does it do that for anything and everything you play?

If so, you may need to reinstall the player.

Kung hindi naman, it could be just the file you're playing, probably got corrupted while downloading.

If you can narrow it down to a group of files, try to identify what codec they're using, it might be that codec only that's broken.

na try ko din yung ibang player, ganun pa din. siguro yung file mismo ang may problema. minsan kasi ma play siya sa VLC pero ayaw sa windows media player. minsan ayaw sa lahat.
