Just make sure that you lay-out your work to the actual size, in this case your image size should be 2 feet X 5 feet in terms of Canvass Size. Then set your DPi or resolution to at least 100. Ok na yan![]()
Ang problem sir walang feet sa photoshop eh hahahaha pano kaya yun? Hahaha

^^^Yup, that's correct. Just convert to inches. You don't have to save as Tiff kasi medyo malaki ang file size under Tiff. Just save as Jpeg, you don't have to worry about the compression because you laid it out on actual size.
Once you get to the printers, they can convert it to Tiff na.
harharhar...baka nalimutan lang ang simple math conversion - 12 inches per feet.
anyway...I was told that everytime you resave sa JPEG format ay merun nawawala or nababawasan na detail. it would be best to save it as TIFF pa rin for clarity until final printing.
you have to weigh what compression ratio you would want to use when saving to JPG. dahil tarpulin lang yan (at malapitan ang viewing) its advisable na maliit lng ang compression ratio mo coz magging obvious un loss ng detail ng image. i would advise nga na tiff yan para sa clarity ng printing. i-flatten mo na lng before you send it out to the printers if youre worried about file size. just dont forget magtago ng layered file, patay ka kung may edits ka na kailangan gawin at flattened na file mo.
now if youre talking about a billboard that will be posted in edsa, thats a different story.
