Is there a way to play ONLY music through wireless speakers ... and the rest, like systems sounds and games, play through the iPad / iPhone speakers ... couldn't find any topic about this online ... maybe the gurus here are more knowledgeable ...

You can select the device where you want the sound to come out through the Control Center (Swipe up from the bottom then swipe to the left). All sounds will come out to the selected device (ie. iPad, Bluetooth speaker, etc.)
