Mobile Cases and Accessories Thread

I thought of starting a thread that discusses cellphone or tablet cases and accessories because it's somewhat aligned with our desire for car accessories.

Starting off with my good old iPhone 4s... It's from Element Case called Vapor Comp. It's a bumper case that is made out of aluminum and polycarbonate. There is an option to put the ultrasuede backplate that makes the phone anti-slip. The grip is further improved by the silicone along with the aluminum side. It came with a free eva foam case too.







I also used a tempered glass from Spigen to protect my screen. Even if placed my phone in the same pocket with my car key and coins it did have any scratch at all.

Why is your home button looks somewhat different sir?

Back when iPhone 5 was launched here in PH it was hard enough to find a case that would look great with it until I found one from Applewerkz. It's still from Element Case called Sector 5 Black Ops Elite. It's inspired by military design. Actually the production of its backplate was outsourced to Hogue, a company that is famous for production of guns. The design is very tactical like that it came with a holster and a belt clip. It even has a privacy screen protector, which is perfect for browsing FB while on a meeting because nobody else would see it. It's definitely a head turner!

Why is your home button looks somewhat different sir?

Ah yes sir. My glass screen protector came with a free home button sticker. It improves the feedback of home button. I no longer have to press deep my home button.

i simply put screen protectors on my cell phones.
no fancy covers like the one's used by girls. no dangling "burloloys".
and... i'm kuripot kasi, hehehe.

btw, anyone seen or knows where to buy this cover???
kinda cute nga naman sabi ng anak ko.
well, it reminds me of my childhood toys.

Here's another Element Case this time it's for S4.

It's made out of TPU, a rubber that doesn't distort when heated. It also has a sound boost system that improves the clarity and makes the sound of the unit louder. Remember S4's speaker is at the back? This one puts the sound output in the front. It comes with free lanyard too.

yes sir, confirmed to me by my sister who's in chicago right now.
said she saw some a couple of weeks back, installed in kids iphones.
"kuya, hindi na bagay sa iyo 'yang mga ganyang covers, hehehe" she kidded.

i told her that if ever she found out where to buy it, buy one for me.
if it's cheap, get me a 100$ worth and let "nanay" bring it with her
when she comes home this coming last week of march...

I use a folio for my Note 2 but I have a former office mate who would glance at my phone whenever I text when I am around him. He does it all the time so my other friend suggested to look for a screen protector so my screen would not be visible from an angle

i also suggest glass protector. although di naman kailangan spigen, any brand will do basta .33mm. i also use glass protector na nabili from hk. ok talaga sya, smooth

What phone are you using? I have one for my iPhone 5. It can also be used for iPhone 5s. Got it from Applewerkz Glorietta. Look for Element Case Privacy Screen Protector.

Yes Spigen is good. But found out that there's a better brand called Realook. It's the number 1 in Korea where Spigen is also manufactured. And Realook also is the holder of patent for tempered glass screen protector.

Guys mukhang di ata satisfied si madam cathy sa mga suggestions natin coz wala syang response eh. Baka lang ang hanap nya yung di sya spend ng any single cent that would prevent other people from viewing her phone. Esep esep alam ng guys ito kung saan nasa tabi tabi lang. Cge kayo baka magbigay sya ng perks kung saan kung sino may best idea sa inquiry nya ay malamang pwede magjoy ride sa altis nya o better yet a dinner treat na sago't gulaman with matching fish balls. Bwahahaha
