Tile Proxy for FSX is way too quirky on Win 7 Beta. So, it's back to XP for me *Sob, Sniff*

Ooops. For XP, I'm using UXTheme Multi-Patcher 6.0 and the WMP 11 msstyles theme. Very lightweight....

I knew I had one last screengrab of Windows 98SE....... This was shortly after 9-11 and before Win XP was released. I found it while going through a stack of CD-R's dating back from 1999 to the present. I recall I was trying to make Win 98SE crash. No can do. Not bad for a P3-733 with 768mb ram running (supposedly crash-happy) Win 98SE. Or maybe it was my first Athlon XP 1700+. Bah. Can't remember.

My Toshiba laptop with XP Home and 19" monitor hooked up. Can't wait to repair my desktop pc and install Win 7.

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
I'm running Linux Mint via Virtual Box. I also have it able to run via MS Virtual PC 2007 SP1. Unfortunately, Linux Mint is limited to 800x600 on both.....

I'm not giving up on Rome: Total War. So, I'm running XP Home within Windows 7 via VirtualBox. VirtualBox is supposed to use 3d acceleration from the host machine. So there's hope R:TW will run in it.
I'm surprised XP activated fine and now I'm using MS Security Essentials in it too.
