got an AVT TV Tuner (yung may 2 x aux input) hooked up to a 2DIN Pioneer HU...

1. i traced the supply coming into the TV Tuner, nasa 13+ volts pa.. so okay ang supply
2. I checked the voltage ng battery ng remote control, 3+ Volts din so okay pa sya (CR2025)

I'm not sure kung mismong remote controller ang may sira, or yung remote receiver... is there a way to test these independently?
