December 28th, 2015 12:18 PM #11Nag uupgrade ba sila ng LTE nano sim for pre paid. Up until now, lahat ng globe biz center from MOA to Festival Mall Alabang, walang stock for replacement of my old 3G nano sim to LTE. Unlike to postpaid ni miss, within 30 mins napalitan.
I've been trying to get my nano sim replaced since May this year. Checked again last week, same reply. So I guess ayaw nilang magpalit pag prepaid

Mukhang ayaw nga, nung nagpa change ako ng postpaid ko may couple na itinulak na from different globe centers with the same concern, sa isip isip ko, bakit di na lang i-turn down at tinuturo pa sa ibang branch?
Obvious na di sila pagbibigyan kasi they want them to just buy another prepaid LTE sim and maintain (w/separate load) and use both for traditional and LTE use. It's obvious kasi in my case, sa postpaid ko they won't even give me plan zero for free to retain my account, kelangan may 50 keso maintenance fee, becoz they know the value of keeping your number.

December 29th, 2015 03:45 PM #15i read of a similar complaint..
it happened right after he had his regular-size sim replaced by a microsim.
it would appear, someone tapped into his sim and...made un-authorized transactions.
his sim contained more than just phone numbers, daw..
"cloning" is the term yata..
you better complain asap and make a lot of loud noise, po.
before you find out you just bought a condo in timbuktu..

Thanks for the tip doc.
Anyway, said sim number has already been deactivated, and all overseas text charges was reverted to me. Walang kwenta customer service ng telco kasi walang masuggest bakit nagkaganun yung number na yun, even after I told them how it happened only after it was cut, pinakita ko pa nga yung sim card sa kanila eh. And this happened for a few billing cycles.
Last edited by leonleon; December 29th, 2015 at 04:05 PM.
