hindi sya na uupgrade (atleast hindi pa pwede sa ngayon) so hindi ka makakapag laro ng games thru MEm Stick or ISO and CSO games...mapipilitan ka bumili ng UMD games na pagkamahal mahal...

Get the latest version 5.00 M33-3. That's what my kid has. Downloadable, wifi, and can play .cso game formats.

FYI the latest firmware is now 5.00 M33-6 (incidentally I just upgraded it myself yesterday). Currently playing Star Ocean: Second Evolution.

    +1 sa sinabi ni actor21

PSP 3000 has the TA08-V3 motherboard which are currently pandora proof. So hindi pedeng magconvert to custom firmware(CFW - 5.00 M33-6 - ito na po yung latest firmware). So kung hindi po CFW ang PSP mo di pedeng makalaro ng downloaded games (ISO/CSO).

Nope. The PSP 3000 as mentioned previously cannot be "Pandorized" (that's the PSP community term for changing to CFW or custom firmware)because of its different motherboard and CPU. In short, no playing of ISO/CSO games (pirated games) and homebrew apps.

As for me I haven't even used my UMD drive not even once But mem stick is very busy
