Hmm... I think that the reason why that Laptop is being sold in their site even if it's running on Intel's Core 2 Duo is because the unit utilizes the ATI Mobility Radeon™ X2300, their partner's product. So, regardless of the fact that it doesn't run on their own processor and uses Intel's Core 2 Duo instead, it's fine to put it there.
ASUS is the laptop-manufacturer, and can mix-and-match this brand (Intel) and that brand (ATI) in whatever purpose it may serve them. Just my .02
If on AMD's side though, if they posted it there even with a processor that isn't theirs, then perhaps they can professionally handle the fact that Intel is again on the lead in the processor battle. Reminds me of when AMD was leading with their dual core and Intel was struggling to develop one. How they hit AMD low by saying all the crap about how lower their Processor's power consumption is compared to AMD, how better their processors perform than AMD, when at that time, it was all bogus.
