    hi guys.

these are some of the newest words on the net. some of us might have encountered already. some might not.

    pag aralan natin....

LEET: better than others; abbreviation of "elite"
Come and join my leet Tsikot club.

NERF: to weaken, usually referring to software mechanics
Argh. The developers nerfed the features on this website!

PHARM: to trick people into giving up their personal details online
At last, I was able to pharm Gen. Miting's true identity.

NOOB: naive newcomer, used as an insult
Noob! Don't you know anything about Tsikot rules?

    KURG: someone aggressive and annoying
The person who posts under this nick is a kurg. He'll post
    anything to get attention.

    WOOT: a cheer, like "yippee"
Woot! I just got my new ride!

    WAREZ: software
I know where to get some bootleg warez.

    FAT FINGERED: bad at typing
I may need longer time to type this because I'm so fat
    fingered.

    VANILLA: uninteresting, bland
That new car model is way too vanilla for me.

ZERG: to overwhelm (from the game Starcraft where the Zergs, a
race of alien monsters, are weak soldiers but attack en
    masse)
That Tsikot member is totally zerging me.

BLOGSNOB: someone who responds only to blog comments by
    friends.
That Tsikot moderator is a blogsnob!

Words and definition taken from the Reader's Digest June 2010 (UK Version).

Hope this is not VANILLA to all of you.

    "Vanilla" is pretty old too.

That's programmer-speak for "unadorned, unmodified, stock or out-of-the-box." We use that at work - my current assignment revolves around Siebel where some applets are modified and some are, yes, vanilla.
